Safelist Aggregation in Outlook 2003 and 2007

There is a feature of Exchange 2007 that allows users to copy their whitelist of approved senders, recipients, domains, and external contacts to the Edge Transport server.  The purpose of this is the Exchange Edge Transp0rt server respects their list and allows the users to be whitelisted.  Each user can have 1,024 entries.
There is basically two ways to implement it:

1. Get -Mailbox -OrganizationalUnit Microsoft.internalsalesemployees | update -safelist
2. AT 17:00 /every:M,T,W,Th,F,S,Su cmd /c “c:scriptsUpdateSafeList.vbs
