Exchange 2007 command for puzzle validation

Puzzle validation is a method in which Exchange servers can let each other know that an email has been sent from and Outlook 2007 client.  This is a way of lowering the SCL rating if a message as created from an Outlook 2007 client.  It can be enabled via the following
