When running gpresult you get an error "no data available" in the computer details

If you're running gpresult to troubleshoot group policies you may notice that in the computer details section it states, "no data available".
If this is the case you have not ran the command prompt as administrator. Before opening the command prompt right click on it and say run as administrator. This should resolve this problem.
