Exchange Management Shell to create a new public folder database

New-PublicFolderDatabase -Name “<New Public Folder Database Name>” -StorageGroup “<Name of your storage group>”
The database does not created mounted run this command to mount it
Mount-Database -Identity "<New Public Folder Database Name>"
