You can fix this by doing the following steps.\n1. Start active directory users and computers.\n2. Enable the AD account .\n3. Goto the properties of the account, under Exchange Advanced -> Mailbox Rights -> Add in the SELF object and grant it full rights, including the ‘Associated External Account’ permission. \n4. Wait for the changes to replicate.  This could take awhile be patient.
