Gilbert has grown quickly, and so have many companies in it. If IT is still handled by an owner or an office manager, we take it over and write everything down.
Gilbert’s business areas range from a historic downtown to new office and industrial districts along the Loop 202.

Practices near Banner Gateway and Mercy Gilbert medical centers that depend on practice-management software, imaging and patient-data safeguards.
We inventory what you have, take over admin accounts and vendor contacts, and give staff one number to call 24/7 instead of the owner’s cell phone.
Medical and dental offices get MFA, encrypted devices, tested backups and access reviews. We also coordinate with your practice-management and imaging vendors.
Fake invoices and payroll-change emails hit growing firms hard. We filter email, lock down mailbox rules, require MFA and show staff how to report a message that looks wrong.
New suites in Rivulon or the Gateway area need internet, Wi-Fi, a firewall, cabling and sometimes cameras. We plan it, coordinate installation with our partner J2 Technologies and support it after move-in.
Gilbert clients are supported from our Tempe headquarters. The 24/7 help desk takes every request first, and technicians drive out when a fix needs someone in the office.
The Loop 202 Santan Freeway runs along Gilbert’s business districts, with interchanges at Gilbert Road and Lindsay Road, and connects to Loop 101 for the trip to Tempe. US 60 serves north Gilbert.
Offices in SanTan Village and Cooley Station share buildings with shops and apartments. We separate guest and business Wi-Fi and keep any card-payment systems on their own network.
Owners get a quarterly review that covers what broke, what we fixed, what is aging out and what next year should cost, without the jargon.
If the owner has been running IT, the first weeks move admin passwords, the domain and vendor accounts out of personal email and under company control.
We collect admin access, inventory users, devices, licenses, network gear, vendors and backups, and fix anything that is an active risk, such as an account without MFA or a backup that stopped running.
MFA, patching and endpoint protection reach a baseline on every computer and server, and the environment is documented. Your staff already has the help desk number and can call us day or night.
You get a written roadmap in the first month. If another Gilbert office is in your plans, it includes the lead time for internet, cabling and Wi-Fi. By the end of the quarter we sit down with leadership to go over what we found, what we fixed, and what the next year of replacements, licensing and security work will cost.

FAQ
We start by reviewing how patient data moves through your practice: the practice-management system, imaging, email and backups. Then we close gaps with MFA, encryption, access reviews and tested backups, and document the safeguards so you have them for an audit or an insurer. A business associate agreement is part of the onboarding conversation.
We implement and document the technical controls your clients, regulators or parent company ask about: MFA, device encryption, logging, email security, backups and access reviews. Velocity’s security team works with a hosted 24/7 security operations center for monitoring. Formal audits and legal interpretation stay with your auditors and counsel.
We set network, device and security standards early, so adding a building or a shift does not mean starting over. New sites join the same monitoring and backup standard, and the per-user rate steps down as you pass 10, 25 and 50 users. Above 100 users we scope pricing with you.
Email filtering, MFA on every account and alerts on suspicious mailbox rules block many attempts, and we can tag messages that come from outside senders. We also help you set a call-back rule for any change in payment or payroll details and show staff how to report a suspicious message to the help desk.
Start early. We review the space, order internet service, plan cabling, Wi-Fi and the firewall, and coordinate installation with our partner J2 Technologies. Users, laptops and printers are tested before move-in day. Carriers set their own install dates, so we place the internet order first.
