The front desk stops
Check-in, scheduling, phones, card readers and label printers share one network. When one of them fails at 8 a.m., the waiting room fills up.
Healthcare IT
A locked EHR login or a dead label printer at 8 a.m. backs up the whole waiting room. We run IT for clinics and medical practices in Phoenix and the East Valley, put the HIPAA Security Rule safeguards in place, and coordinate with your EHR and imaging vendors. The help desk answers 24/7.

Patient information ends up in email, scanned referrals, shared folders and phones. The HIPAA Security Rule expects you to know where it lives, who can reach it and how it is protected.
The EHR, imaging, billing, phone and internet vendors each own a piece. When something breaks, someone has to work out whose problem it is. That is our job.
Unique logins, MFA, automatic screen locks, encrypted laptops, audit logging and same-day offboarding. We document what is in place so your risk analysis has evidence behind it.
Encrypted email for messages that carry patient information, retention settings, conditional access and mailbox protection.
Local and offsite copies of practice files and server data, plus Microsoft 365 backup. We run test restores so you know how long recovery takes.
Our security team works with a 24/7 security operations center that watches endpoint and email alerts overnight and on weekends.
The first month at a practice usually runs in this order.
We walk the office, list every device that touches patient data, and review accounts, backups and vendor contacts. You get a written summary of what we found.
We put a Business Associate Agreement in place where we will have access to patient data, collect admin credentials from your current provider, and confirm who owns each EHR and vendor account.
Missing MFA, unencrypted laptops, untested backups and former staff who still have access come before anything cosmetic.
Each quarter we review open risks, hardware due for replacement, and what your next HIPAA risk analysis will need from IT.
FAQ
When our support involves access to electronic patient data, a Business Associate Agreement is part of the onboarding conversation. Ask about it during your assessment.
No IT provider can do that for you. HIPAA compliance includes policies, training and privacy practices that your practice owns. We implement and document the technical safeguards and give your security officer the evidence a risk analysis needs.
Yes. We handle the workstations, network, printers and access around the EHR, open tickets with the vendor, and stay involved until the issue is fixed. We do not replace the vendor’s own support.
Yes. Our help desk is available 24/7 at 602-445-9816. After-hours security alerts go to a 24/7 security operations center that works with our team.
Yes. Microsoft keeps the service running, but recovering deleted or encrypted mail and files after retention runs out is your responsibility. A separate backup lets you restore a mailbox or folder from a specific date.
